By downloading, installing, or using Focara ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Focara is a digital focus and distraction blocker application that helps users concentrate by blocking apps and websites during focus sessions. The service includes focus session management, device sync, block rules, statistics tracking, and subscription billing.
You must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password authentication to use Focara. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
The free plan includes limited daily sessions, one device, and basic block rules at no charge.
Paid plans are billed through Google Play as recurring subscriptions. Prices are displayed in the app and on the Google Play listing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play subscription settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled by Google Play per their refund policies.
We may change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance and any price change will take effect at the next renewal period.

The Family plan organizer is responsible for all members invited to the family group. The organizer must be at least 18 years old. Parental controls are provided for managing children's usage.
Focara, its design, code, content, and branding are owned by Kelthos Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
Focara is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that focus blocking will prevent access to all blocked content in all circumstances. The effectiveness of distraction blocking depends on device permissions and operating system limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelthos shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App settings.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
